Where to meet your driver

T1 International is separate from the T2/T3 Domestic precinct. Pre-booked limousines use designated ground-transport collection arrangements, not the public taxi queue. Your confirmation determines the meeting point; domestic driver access and parking rules can affect where a name-sign greeting takes place.

Before you land

Include the flight number and terminal so the pickup can be planned around the correct arrivals area. Allow time for immigration, baggage and customs on international arrivals. If your flight or terminal changes, use the booking confirmation instructions rather than walking to another terminal to look for the car.

Plan your onward journey

For a CBD hotel, supply the street entrance rather than just the hotel brand. For a harbour-side address or suburban trip, enter the full destination: the driving route and tolls matter more than a straight-line airport distance. Book hourly hire separately if you need several stops and time at each.

Base fares, not airport-to-city promises

Transfer base fares cover the first 15 km. The actual route, pickup time, airport greeting and extras determine your total. Hourly hire has a 2-hour minimum.

Economy Sedan

Transfer base AUD 80; then AUD 2.20/km beyond 15 km. Hourly AUD 85/hour.

Luxury Sedan

Transfer base AUD 100; then AUD 3/km beyond 15 km. Hourly AUD 130/hour.

Economy People Mover

Transfer base AUD 130; then AUD 2.80/km beyond 15 km. Hourly AUD 120/hour.

Luxury Van

Transfer base AUD 160; then AUD 3.40/km beyond 15 km. Hourly AUD 160/hour.
