Adelaide Airport says chauffeurs usually meet near the bottom of the main escalators at baggage reclaim and escort passengers to P1, level 4. Some arrangements instead meet at P1 level 4 near the lifts. Your booking confirmation takes precedence—do not assume either location without checking.
Before you land
Use Australia/Adelaide local time when choosing pickup; Adelaide has a half-hour offset from the eastern capitals and observes daylight saving. Give the flight number and let the booking team know about bulky luggage or child restraints before travel.
Plan your onward journey
For an Adelaide CBD stay, include the entrance and street number. A journey to Glenelg, the hills or a more distant address needs its own route quote rather than a city-centre estimate. For multiple appointments, compare a transfer with the two-hour-minimum chauffeur option.
Base fares, not airport-to-city promises
Transfer base fares cover the first 15 km. The actual route, pickup time, airport greeting and extras determine your total. Hourly hire has a 2-hour minimum.

Airport booking questions
What does airport Meet & Greet cost?
The name-sign Meet & Greet is AUD 35, automatically added to every airport pickup and itemised in your quote. Follow your confirmed meeting instructions. It is not added for a drop-off-only trip.
How much free waiting time is included?
60 minutes at airports and 15 minutes at other locations. Include your flight number and tell the booking team about changed arrival details.
Can I book child seats?
Baby seats (0–3 years) cost AUD 25 each; child seats or boosters (3–6 years) cost AUD 25 each. Sedans take up to 2 child seats and people movers up to 3. Include the children in the passenger count, with at least one adult.
Do night and holiday rates stack?
No. Only the highest fare multiplier applies: night 21:00–05:59 ×1.5; public holiday ×2; New Year’s Eve 31 December 18:00 to 1 January 05:59 ×4.5. Extras and road tolls are not multiplied. Priced tolls are itemised at cost; if routing cannot price them, the quote warns that tolls are additional.
