# Gold Coast Airport transfers (OOL)

> Plan a private Gold Coast Airport transfer from OOL to your address. Arrival meeting guidance, Queensland pickup time, base fares and child-seat options.

Gold Coast Airport (OOL), at the southern end of the Gold Coast, serves domestic and international flights in one terminal building with different arrival routes. A useful booking starts with your flight number and exact destination.

## Pickup arrangements
The airport provides facilities for registered limousine operators and Meet & Greet arrangements. Follow your confirmed meeting point after the appropriate domestic or international arrivals process. Taxi and rideshare pickup zones should not be assumed to be the chauffeur meeting point.

## Before arrival
The Queensland–New South Wales border makes time-zone checks especially useful in summer. Enter the airport pickup in Australia/Brisbane time even if your destination follows NSW daylight saving. International passengers should allow time for border processing before meeting the driver.

## Onward travel
For Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach or another destination, enter the full accommodation address and tower or driveway details. A name shared by several holiday apartments is not enough. If you need stops or an itinerary beyond a direct transfer, request hourly hire or a tailored quote.

## Prices and rules

Airport pickup Meet & Greet name sign AUD 35, automatically added; not added for airport drop-off only. Baby seat (0–3) AUD 25; child seat/booster (3–6) AUD 25 each. Maximum 2 child seats in sedans, 3 in people movers; include children plus at least one adult in the passenger count.
Free waiting: airports 60 minutes; other locations 15 minutes.
Only the highest fare multiplier applies: night 21:00–05:59 ×1.5; state/local public holiday ×2; New Year’s Eve 31 Dec 18:00–1 Jan 05:59 ×4.5. Extras and tolls are not multiplied. Road tolls are itemised at cost; when routing cannot price them, the quote warns that tolls are additional.
Book at least 2 hours ahead using the pickup city’s local time. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. 50% within 24 hours, 100% within 2 hours or no-show.
Partner promo codes are entered at the final step and reduce fare/extras, not tolls. Pay the driver on the day unless the booking explicitly offers another payment option. A quote request is not a confirmed booking. The booking quote/confirmation controls the actual price and pickup instructions.
